Ford India recently introduced two new variants of its highly popular EcoSport compact SUV – EcoSport S and EcoSport Signature Edition. The electrically operated Sunroof and 1.0L EcoBoost engine are the two major changes that have made to both the vehicles. Now, the American carmaker will update its existing model lineup including the Figo hatchback, Aspire compact sedan, Endeavour SUV and Mustang.
According to a latest report, the Ford Aspire facelift will be the next launch from the American carmaker in the Indian market. The updated version of the compact sedan is reported to hit showrooms in June, 2018. While the Ford Figo facelift will see a release in October 2018, the updated Endeavour and Mustang will be rolled out early next year.

Talking about the Aspire facelift, the 2018 model year of the vehicle will witness a few aesthetic and feature upgrades. Ford might also improve its material quality. Similarly, the 2018 Ford Figo facelift will receive minor updates inside and out. Just so you know, the new Ford Ka+ (2018 Figo) has already been unveiled for the European market. Major change will be made under the hood.
Ford will introduce its new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Dragon family petrol engine on both the vehicles. The power and torque figures of this gasoline unit stand at 95bhp and 115Nm respectively, thus making it more powerful than the Honda’s 90bhp, 1.2L VTEC petrol engine. The Endeavour facelift (aka Everest) will be first launched in the Australian market towards the end of this year. In India, the SUV will make its way in the first quarter of 2019. The SUV will come with a host of new features along with subtle design updates. Mechanically, the vehicle is likely to remain unchanged.
