Ahead of the 2017 Ford EcoSport facelift launch, the model has been spotted in production guise at a stockyard. Interestingly, one of the spotted units was seen sporting the ‘Titanium S’ badge. The ‘S’ suffix in the nameplate probably signifies the sport edition. Besides, it also sported a TDCi engine badge which indicates that the Titanium S version could use the 99bhp, 1.5-litre oil burner that is already offered with the existing EcoSport. The Figo and Aspire models in Ford’s line-up also come with ‘S’ variants which were introduced earlier this year in January.

2017 Ford EcoSport Petrol Engine Review
One of the prominent changes on the new EcoSport facelift will be the new 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol unit from Ford’s Dragon family of engines. In terms of power, the naturally aspirated engine will put out 120bhp against 150Nm torque. Ford will continue offering its globally acclaimed 1.0-litre EcoBoost unit on the facelift.
