The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezz facelift will make its debut on 6th February at the 2020 Auto Expo. The launch of the updated model is likely to happen in the third week of the next month. The 2020 Maruti Vitara Brezza facelift will receive subtle updates inside and out. Though, the major change will come in the form of a new 1.5L petrol engine.

The facelifted Vitara Brezza will come with the BS6-compliant 1.5L K15B petrol engine sourced from the Ertiga MPV. The new gasoline unit will deliver a maximum power of 105bhp and 138Nm of torque. It will come as a replacement to the existing 1.3L Multijet diesel engine.

This time around, the subcompact SUV will also receive a 4-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox along with the standard 5-speed manual transmission. Talking about the cosmetic updates, the 2020 Maruti Vitara Brezza will get a slightly wider chin, headlamps with new chrome bits and LED DRLs, larger fog lamp housing and slightly shifted turn indicators at the front end. The mid-level variants will come with all-black alloy wheels and faux skid plats for the front and rear bumpers. The diamond cut alloys and LED fog lamps will be reserved for the top-spec trim. Maruti Suzuki will also offer new colour scheme on the 2020 Maruti Vitara Brezza facelift. Interior will be revised with new SmartPlay Studio infotainment system. It will also work as a display for the reverse camera.
