2019 Maruti WagonR Gets A New Orange Colour; Reaches Dealership
The 2019 Maruti WagonR underpins the lightweight HEARTECT platform.
Ahead of its official launch on 23rd January 2019, the new-generation Maruti Suzuki WagonR has started reaching at dealerships across the nation. The hatchback’s engine and feature details have already been leaked online. The recent spy picture reveals that the new Maruti WagonR 2019 will get a new Pearl Autumn Orange colour scheme.
The WagonR’s current generation model comes in seven paint jobs – Glistening Grey, Silky Silver, Midnight Blue, Braker Chocolate, Superior White, Breeze Blue and Passion Red. Bookings for the new Maruti WagonR 2019 have already been commenced at a token amount of Rs 11,000. Deliveries are likely to begin soon after its launch. Similar to the new-gen Swift and Dzire, the 2019 Maruti WagonR underpins the lightweight HEARTECT platform. Touted as ‘true tall boy’, the new WagonR features new squarish front fascia featuring a chrome garnish grille, new bumper, dual-channel headlamps and new fog lamps. The new Maruti WagonR 2019 will meet the new safety norms, and get dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, speed warning and seatbelt reminder system as standard features. Engine setup of the new Maruti WagonR 2019 will include a 1.0L, three-cylinder petrol and a 1.2L, four-cylinder petrol unit, generating power worth 68bhp and 83bhp respectively. Both powertrains will be available with manual and AMT gearbox. The CNG variant is likely to be added at a later stage.
