We have rendered the Tata Harrier in three vibrant shades – White, Red and Grey.
We all have been eagerly waiting for the all-new Tata Harrier SUV. The India launch of the premium 5-seater SUV is scheduled to happen in January 2019. Buyers can pre-book the Harrier by paying an initial sum of Rs 30,000. Ahead of its official launch, we have rendered the SUV in three vibrant shades – White, Red and Grey.
The carmaker has released a couple of pictures of the production-ready Tata Harrier revealing its exterior design details. Tata Motors has confirmed that the Harrier will use a new 2.0-litre KRYOTEC diesel motor, inspired by the Cryogenic rocket engine.

For the record, the carmaker claims that the oil burner meets the global standards of performance and refinement. It has been tuned for generating two power outputs – 148bhp and 170bhp. The Tata Harrier 5-seater will be available with 148bhp tuned version paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox, sourced from Hyundai. The Tata Harrier is the brand’s first production model based on IMPACT 2.0 design theme and underpins the new OMEGA ARC modular platform. The new architecture has been derived from Jaguar Land Rover’s D platform. Some of its design highlights include new tri-arrow pattern fog lamps, LED headlamps, pronounced wheel arches, blacked C-pillar, slopping roofline and wraparound smoked taillamps. The carmaker hasn’t yet revealed feature details of the Tata Harrier. Though, it is likely to get Harman-sourced ConnectNext infotainment system with a touchscreen and smartphone connectivity, rear AC vents, automatic climate control, airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold control, traction control and more.
