2019 Tata Tigor Gets 2 New AMT Variants; Prices Start At Rs 6.39 Lakh

The new XMA and XZA+ AMT variants are priced at Rs 6.39 lakh and Rs 7.24 lakh respectively.

Tata Motors today introduced two new automatic (AMT) variants of the Tigor sedan – XMA and XZA. While the Tata Tigor XMA AMT is priced at Rs 6.39 lakh, the fully-loaded XZA+ costs Rs 7.24 lakh (all, ex-showroom Delhi). The new automatic trims are made available with a 1.2L Revotron petrol engine that’s good for 84bhp and 114Nm of torque. Its mileage stands at 21kmpl. Read – Tata Altroz Hatchback Coming Soon

Both trims come with multiple driving modes and features such as reverse parking sensors, a Harman tuned audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, foldable rear armrest with cup holders and multiple storage compartments and, anti-stall and crawl functions. The XZA+ automatic trim is loaded with all the comfort and safety features offered on the manual XZ+ trim including a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone app, airbags, ABS with EBD, corner stability control, speed ependent automatic door locking, engine immobilizer, 15-inch diamond cut alloys, dual chamber projector headlamps with chrome finish and auto-fold ORVMs with integrated LEDs.

The home-grown carmaker will bring in the Tigor facelift that’s currently in its testing phase. The updated model will witness minor design changes and feature upgrades. Powertrain options are likely to remain unchanged. Tata will also give a mid-life update to the Tiago hatchback. The company has already confirmed launch of the Tata Altroz and Tata Buzzard (Harrier 7-seater version) for this year.
