Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition Price

Priced at Rs 57,898, the Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition comes in two colour options.

India Yamaha Motor has launched a new variant of the Cygnus Ray ZR scooter – the Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition. Priced at Rs 57,898 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the scooter will be made available across all Yamaha dealerships from last week of July, 2018. The new Rally variant is Rs 1,998 pricier than the standard Ray ZR scooter that costs Rs 55,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

First previewed at the 2018 Auto Expo, the Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition is the upgraded version of the standard Ray ZR scooter. Powering the Ray ZR 110 Street Rally Edition is the same a 113cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that’s good enough for 7.2bhp and 8.1Nm of torque. Yamaha Ray ZR110 Street Rally Edition Features

Yamaha has upgraded the suspension setup of the scooter. The Rally-spec ZR 110 Street comes equipped with telescopic forks at the front axle and a new gas-charged shock absorber at the rear. The Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition stays close to the model showcased at the Expo. It features a newly designed ‘Wing Style fairing’ inspired by Yamaha MT-09. It also serves as wind deflector and enhances the overall look of the vehicle. While the new ‘Knuckle Guard’ protects from windblasts on the handle grip and the movable front fender saves from mud splatter. The scooter rides on the 90/100 tubeless front and rear tyres. Other key features include the signature ‘Rising Air Tail’, sporty mirrors, high rising taillamp, key secure grip system and two-level raised seat.  There is an all-digital instrument with ‘roller rocker arm’ that not only reduces horsepower loss, but offers ‘easy-to-use power’ settings in extremely low speed ranges as well. The scooter offers and a large under sear storage room. The Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition comes in a choice of two paint schemes – Rally Red and Racing Blue.
