2018 Auto Expo witnessed some of the really exciting products and concepts unveilings. And Tata Motors’ pavilion was one of the most promising ones at the event. While the new H5X premium SUV and 45X premium hatchback concepts were the showstoppers, the performance zone was graced by the Tamo Racemo, Tigor JTP and Tiago JTP. The company has also unveiled a range of electric and commercial vehicles at the biennial event. Besides this, Tata showcased two new versions of its highly popular Nexon compact SUV – Nexon AMT and Tata Nexon Aero.

Now, the company has officially introduced the Tata Nexon Aero model via five accessory packages.
Aero Kit Level 1 – It is available on the XE, XM, XT, XZ and XZ+ grades and it costs Rs 30,610. Feature list include a new body kit with bumper-corner protectors and side skirts, Aero badge and front fog lamp garnish.
Aero Kit Level 2 – it is available in two different options – Level 2 option 1 and level 2 option 2. While the former is offered for the XE, XM and XT grades, the option 2 is applicable for the XZ and XZ+ trims. The option 1 body kit comprises of red mirror covers, illuminated scuff plates, Aero seat covers and Aero and Dicky carpets. This kit will cost you Rs 40,824.
The Option 2 gets all the features available in the option 1 along with throws in rimbands. It is priced at Rs 46,856.
Aero Kit Level 3 – it is available with two options – option 1 (XE, XM and XT trims) and option 2 (XZ and XZ+). The option 1 costs Rs 55,625 and is equipped with all the features available in the level 2 package along with a gloss black roof wrap. The option 2 gets body kit, front fog lamp garnish, Aero badge, Aero and Discky carpets, illuminated scuff plates, Aero seat covers and red rimbands. These features will cost you Rs 61,574.

Featuring a new pack of accessories, the Tata Nexon Aero looks sportier than the regular model. It has a sporty body-kit with front and rear bumper corner protectors, a piano black contrast roof and side skirts. This kit comes with Barre Gray shade with Carmine Red accents. Interior of the car has been enhanced by piano black finished steering wheel, dashboard mid-pad and central console. There are door finishers for a dapper guise.
The standard Tata Nexon is already available with a pack of accessories including reverse parking sensors, Heads-up display with TPMS, alloy wheels, camera with sensors and display, chrome handles, chrome garnish on headlamps and tail lamps, multiple seat upholstery, etc. One must note that these personalisation options vary variant wise.
In terms of design and styling, the Tata Nexon Aero is exactly similar to the regular model. Mechanism, too, remains unchanged – i.e. a 110bhp, 1.5-litre diesel and a 110bhp, 1.2-litre petrol engines.
