Renault Triber subcompact 7-seater MPV is ready to hit showrooms next month. Ahead of its official launch, its interior details and dimensions have been leaked on the web. As per the leaked brochure, the Renault Triber comes with 4 seating modes – Camp (2 seats), Surf (4 seats), Life (5-seats) and Tribe (7 seats). While the second row seats have slide, recline, fold and tumble function, the third row seats come with tumble, fold and remove function.

The upcoming MPV from the French caramaker is also packed with several comfort and safety features. It gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along with Bluetooth connectivity and voice recognition. It also comes with a digital instrument cluster with a 3.5-inch MID, MediaNav with a fast charging port, two 12V charging sockets, a cooled glove box and a dual-tone dashboard with silver accents on steering wheel, gear stick and inside door handles.

All rows of seats have AC vents along with an independent manual AC unit for 2nd and 3rd row seats passengers. On the safety front, the Renault Triber offers four airbags, ABS with EBD, rear view camera, rear parking sensors, speed sensing door lock, speed alert, panic brake alert, impact sensing door unlock and seat belt reminder. The Renault Smart Access Card automatically locks and unlocks the car from 1 meter of distance. The Renault Triber offers a ground clearance of 182mm (unladen), which is higher than the Maruti Suzuki Swift (163mm) ad Hyundai Grand i10 (165mm). Its overall length, width and height stand at 3990mm, 1739mm and 1637mm respectively. The MPV sits on a 2636mm long wheelbase, and offers a boot space from 84 liters to 625 liters (vary with the seat configuration). Powering the Renault Triber is a 1.0L petrol engine with dual VVT with manual and AMT transmission options. Its power and torque figures stand at 71bhp and 96Nm.
