The all-new Maruti Suzuki Swift was launched in the Indian car market in early 2018. The Suzuki Swift is one of the most popular hatchbacks currently on sale in select international markets. While the current model is quite new to the markets, new rendering images of the hatchback have hit the internet. This modified Swift is rendered by G-Wise design of Taiwan, which previews a sportier model with a body kit. The body kit is expected to be offered on the popular hatchback soon.

The alloy wheels seem identical to the most powerful Suzuki Swift Sport. With these changes, the new Swift looks quite sporty and such kits could be introduced in select international markets soon. Maruti had launched the 2018 Swift at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. The vehicle is instant hit and has received over 1 lakh bookings. This model is available with two engine options – 1.2-litre K-Series petrol and 1.3-litre MJD diesel. While the former is good for 82bhp and 113Nm, the oil burner produces 74bhp and 190Nm. Maruti is also considering the global Swift Sport, which is powered by a 140bhp, 1.4-litre Boosterjet petrol engine. The new generation Swift is based on the Suzuki’s new HEARTECT platform that also underpins the new Dzire. It is claimed to be around 85kgs lighter than the previous model, which also makes it the most fuel efficient in its league. Feature list include ABS with EBD, dual-front airbags, smartplay touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, multi-functional steering, etc.
