Kia Carnival MPV To Come in 3 Variants – Launch on February 5

Kia Motors is all set to launch the much-awaited Carnival premium MPV in the Indian market. Scheduled to be launched at Auto Expo 2020, the new Kia Carnival will be a premium alternative to the Toyota Innova Crysta. Ahead of the launch, the variant and feature details of the India-spec model have been revealed online.

The Kia Carnival will be offered in 3 trim levels – Premium Prestige and Limousine. The MPV will be made available in 3 seating options – 7-seat, 8-seat and 9-seat. The 7-seater MPV will be offered with standard captain seats for the middle row or customers can opt for ‘Luxury VIP’ seats. Kia Carnival India Interior

Powering the Kia Carnival is a BSVI compliant 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine that is capable of producing 200bhp of power at 3,800rpm and 440Nm of torque between 1,500 and 2,750rpm. An 8-speed ‘Sportsmatic’ automatic gearbox will come as standard.
