Bookings for the Hyundai Venue have already been started at a token amount of Rs 21,000.

The much-awaited Hyundai Venue sub-4 meter SUV will finally go on sale in the country on May 21, 2019. Bookings for the SUV have already been started at a token amount of Rs 21,000. Interested buyers can pre-book the SUV via dealerships or online at Hyundai India’s website. Mass production of the compact SUV has also been started and Hyundai has also started dispatching the Venue to dealerships.

The Hyundai Venue compact SUV will be offered in 4 trim levels – E, S, SX and SX (O) – and in total of 13 variants. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, central locking, rear parking sensors, speed alert, adjustable front headrests, manual AC, 12V power outlet and seatbelt reminder is available as standard. The SUV is claimed to be one of the most feature-loaded in its category. However, most of the features are available in the two top-spec trim levels. The Hyundai Venue sub-4 meter SUV will be available with 3 engine options – a 83bhp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 118bhp, 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol and a 89bhp, 1.4-litre U2 CRDi diesel. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual (1.2L Petrol), a 6-speed manual (1.0L petrol & 1.4L diesel) and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (1.0L petrol only).
