Maruti Suzuki’s hot seller – Vitara Brezza compact SUV is surely an all-round package. Favoured for its contemporary styling, practical and well-equipped cabin and highly-efficient engine, the Brezza made the Indo-Japanese carmaker the largest UV (Utility Vehicle) maker in India. Aiming to give sportier feel and appeal to the compact SUV, the company introduced an exclusive range of ‘iCreate’ customization sport kits in October last year.
Well, if you are looking for a more exciting makeover of the Vitara Brezza here is the latest one from the house of DC Design. The Chennai division of DC has created a whole new look for the Brezza that surely looks unique in Mustard Yellow outfit and sexy Black boots (alloys).
Besides the fancy paint scheme, the DC modified Maruti Vitara Brezza features sporty black sections on the front bumper with honeycomb mesh pattern grille. The signature DC logo sits on the nose of the car just above the grille. The new LED DRL (daytime running lights) and large air intakes also make it look different from the regular model. The black alloy wheels on the sides accentuate its sporty side appearance. Round the back, the car sports new quad exhausts with silver finishing, revised bumper and DC logo on the chrome section above the license plate.
You will notice significant changes inside the cabin. DC Design uses lots of wooden inserts (including on the door pads) and glossy wood finishing on the centre section of steering wheel, air-conditioning vents integrated on the dashboard and door trims. DC modified Maruti Vitara Brezza Picture Gallery
Mechanically, the DC modified Maruti Vitara Brezza receives no update. That means, this customized model derives its power from the same 1.3-litre DDiS 200 diesel engine that’s good enough for 88.5bhp and 200Nm of torque. This power unit is linked to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Similar to the standard model, this modified version returns an ARAI certified mileage of 24.3kmpl. Proportionally, too, the DC Customized Brezza remains unchanged. Its overall length, width and height stand at 3,995mm, 1,790mm, 1,640mm respectively. The car sits on the same 2,500mm of wheelbase, and offers a boot space of 328-litres. It has turning radius of 5.2meters. The fuel tank capacity is rated at 48-litres.
Coming to the pricing, the DC modified Maruti Vitara Brezza will cost you around Rs 4.25 lakh including taxes. So, that means it’s a fair deal for people looking for bold makeover for their Vitara Brezza. Post GST, the prices of the Vitara Brezza fall between Rs 7.24 lakh – Rs 9.91 lakh (ex-showroom).
