2017 Nissan Terrano facelift will see major cosmetic updates on both exterior and interior.
Mechanically, the 2017 Nissan Terrano facelift will remain unchanged.
Nissan India that recently introduced the AMT (automatic) version of the Terrano, is all set to give a mid-life facelift of its compact SUV. An ET report claims that the new Nissan Terrano 2017 facelift will go on sale in March. Though, the carmaker hasn’t yet made any official comment on the same. For 2017, the compact SUV will receive major cosmetic upgrades on both exterior and interior.
On the exterior, the new Nissan Terrano 2017 might get a refreshing fascia with revised grille, headlamps and bumper along with lots of chrome. The car might receive a touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and navigation system. In order to improve safety levels of the vehicle, Nissan might introduce passenger-side airbag as standard fitment on the XE and XL grades.
Mechanically, the new Nissan Terrano 2017 will remain unchanged. It will continue to come with the same 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol and 1.5-litre dCi diesel engines. The petrol mill churns out 102.5bhp, while producing 145Nm of torque. The diesel motor, on the other hand, is tuned to deliver two power outputs – 83.8bhp and 108.5bhp with 200Nm and 248Nm respectively. The new AMT version with 1.5-litre diesel and 6-speed Easy-R will also be on offer.

Coming to the prices, the 2017 Nissan Terrano facelift might see a minor price hike. Currently, the compact SUV is available within the price range of Rs 9.99 akh – Rs 13.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The update model is estimated to be priced between Rs 11 lakh – 14.50 lakh.
