5. New-generation Renault Duster
The Renault Duster has always been favoured for its masculine styling, performance and ride quality. Now, the company is planning to introduce the new-generation model of the SUV. Out of all upcoming new Renault cars, the new-gen Duster is one of the much-awaited product that will receive an all new design and mechanical upgrades. The SUV’s new model will be 20mm longer and more spacious than the current model. It might get an additional third row of seat, allowing to accommodate seven passengers with ease.
The new-gen Duster might share few design bits from the Duster Oroch concept that was broke cover at the Sao Paulo Motor Show. On mechanical front, the new-generation Renault Duster will remain unchanged. At the heart of the compact SUV will be the same engine lineup – 1.6-litre, 102.53bhp K4M petrol and a 1.5-litre, 83.8bhp and 108.45bhp dCi diesel. Though, these power units might be tuned for achieving better fuel efficiency and performance.

6. Renault Compact Family MPV
Though Renault already has the Lodgy as its compact MPV offering in the country, it is reportedly working on an even more affordable family mover that too will be based on the CMF-A platform. And since Renault has been able to price the Kwid, based on the same platform, quite competitively, we hope this too to come with a competitive price tag. The new sub-compact MPV from Renault could feature the same engine options that will come with its upcoming small SUV.
