Toyota badged Baleno hatchback will be the first product to roll out under this joint alliance.
In 2017, Toyota Motor Corporation and Suzuki had signed an agreement towards the mutual supply of hybrid and other vehicles in the Indian market. While the former will supply the Corolla sedan to Suzuki, the latter one will provide the Baleno hatchback and Vitara Brezza compact SUV to Toyota. Both the carmakers will also work together for introducing electric vehicles by 2020.

It will be the first product to roll out under this joint alliance. Toyota aims to strengthen its sales network in India and provide a different sales experience to its customers.
Besides Toyota’s badge, the Toyota Baleno hatchback will receive subtle design changes including a new front grille, revised front and rear bumpers and new lights.
