New Ford Figo facelift Variant-Wise Features and Details Leaked
The 2019 Ford Figo will be available in 3 trim levels – Ambiente, Titanium and the range-topping Titanium BLU.
Ford is all set to launch the new Figo facelift on March 15, 2019. The company has already revealed the pictures of the new model, which shares styling cues from the European Ka+ model. Official bookings for the new Figo have also been started. The new model will receive styling as well as mechanical changes. Ahead of the launch, the new 2019 Ford Figo variant wise features and other details have been leaked on the internet.
The 2019 Ford Figo will be available in 3 trim levels – Ambiente, Titanium and the range-topping Titanium BLU. The base model is equipped with several features, which are usually offered in mid-spec variants. The Ambiente model gets black surround for front mesh grille, body coloured bumpers, black ORVMs and fog lamp Bezels and 14-inch steel wheels. Inside the cabin, the vehicle has charcoal black colour scheme, fabric seats, adjustable front headrests, passenger vanity mirror and front 12V power point.
In terms of features, the base model gets manual AC, tilt adjustable steering, front power windows, electric boot release and electric power steering. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, seat belt reminder and speed sensing auto door locks are offered as standard safety features.
The 2019 Ford Figo Titanium variant comes with chrome treatment for the fog lamps and front grille. Other design highlights include silver painted grille mesh, body coloured ORVMs, B-pillar Black Applique, rear defogger and 14-inch alloys. Inside the cabin, this model gets additional rear adjustable headrests, chrome parking brake lever and height adjustable driver’s seat.
This model is fitted to a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Navigation, FM/AM radio, AUX-in, USB and Bluetooth connectivity. For passenger’s comfort and convenience, the Titanium variant gets rear view camera, remote keyless entry with push start/stop button, automatic AC, multi-functional steering wheel, ORVMs with turn indicators and power adjust & fold ORVMs, gear shift indicator, all-4 power windows and driver side window with one touch option. The top-spec Titanium BLU model gets blackened treatment for grille, ORVMs and 15-inch black alloy wheels. It gets dual tone roof, side and rear sporty decals and blue fog lamp bezels. The cabin comes with blue interior theme. This model gets additional features like rain sensing wipers, auto headlamps, electronic IRVM and leather wrapped steering wheel. This model also offers side and curtain airbags.
The 2019 Ford Figo facelift will be available in 3 engine options – a 96bhp, 1.2-litre petrol, a 123bhp, 1.5-litre petrol and a 99bhp, 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual (1.2L petrol & diesel) and a six-speed torque convertor automatic (1.5L petrol).
