2019 Ford Endeavour facelift is available in the price range of Rs 28.19 lakh – Rs 32.97 lakh.
Ford India has rolled the facelift of its highly-popular Endeavour SUV at a starting price of Rs 28.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Interestingly, the company has removed the old entry-level 2.2L Trend trim and added a new 2.2L 4X2 AT Titanium+ trim to the new Ford Endeavour 2019 carline. Now, the 2.2L variants are priced in the range of Rs 28.19 lakh – Rs 30.60 lakh, and the 3.2L trim costs Rs 32.97 lakh (all, ex-showroom). At this price point, the 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift will continue to take on Toyota Fortuner and newly-launched Mahindra Alturas G4.
The new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift (aka Ford Everest) has witnessed minor cosmetic upgrades along with a pack of new comfort and connectivity features. No changes have been made to its engine setup. The updated model continues to use the 158bhp, 2.2L and 197bhp, 3.2L powertrains. This time around, Ford has brought back the 2.0L diesel powertrain with combination of manual gearbox and 4X2 system.

Ford’s fully fledged SUV has been made available two trims – Titanium (2.2L 4X2 MT) and Titanium+ (2.2L 4X2 AT and 3.2L 4X4 AT). While the entry-level variant is offered at Rs 28.19 lakh, the new 2.2L 4X2 AT and 3.2L 4X4 AT models are priced at Rs 30.60 lakh and Rs 32.97 lakh respectively. All prices are ex-showroom. Compared to the old model that was available in the price range of Rs 26.82 lakh – Rs 33.31 lakh, the new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift is more affordable. As mentioned above, the 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift receives no mechanical changes. The SUV’s facelifted model continues to source its power from the 2.2L, 4-cylinder TDCi diesel engine pushing out a maximum power of 158bhp at 3200rpm and a peak torque of 385Nm between 1600rpm – 2500rpm. The 2.2L Titanium variant is made available with a choice of a 6-speed manual gearbox and 4X2 drivetrain system. Just so you know, the 2.2L MT 4X2 variant had been discontinued on the pre-facelift. The 2.2L AT 4X2 and top-spec 3.2L AT 4X$ diesel trims get a 6-speed automatic gearbox as standard. The SUV carline continues to offer the first-in-segment Terrain Management System.

The 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift continues to come with the same powertrain options offered on the old model. That means, the updated version is as fuel economical as the old one. The 2.2L oil burner returns an ARAI-certified mileage of 12.62kmpl (AT) and 14.2kmpl (MT), while the 3.2L unit promises 10.91kmpl.
New Ford Endeavour 2019 Exterior
Minor changes has been made to the design and styling of the 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift. The SUV features a new radiator grille with three horizontal chrome slats along with revised front bumper, xenon headlamps with new inserts and LED DRLs and a frame for the lower air intake at the front end. Save for the newly-designed 18-inch alloy wheels, the side profile of the new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift remains unchanged. The rear design of the SUV looks exactly similar to the old model. No changes have been made to its dimensions. The new Ford Endeavour 2019 facelift continue to measure 4,903mm in length, 1,869mm in width and 1,837mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,850mm. The SUV has 225mm of ground clearance and fuel tank capacity of 80L. Its water wading capacity stands at 800mm. The 2019 Ford Endeavour facelift comes in a new Diffused Silver paint scheme along with the regular Moondust Silver, Sunset Red, Diamond White and Absolute Black shades.

You will notice subtle changes inside the cabin. Unlike the old model that features Beige and Brown theme, the updated one gets Black and Beige interior colour scheme. The 2019 model year continues to feature an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Ford’s SYNC3 infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other key features include dual zone automatic climate control, 8-way adjustable co-driver seat, smart boot opening system, puddle lamps, keyless entry-and-go, push button start and a panoramic sunroof. Most of the features are carried over from the old model including leather upholstery, leather wrapped gear knob and steering wheel, multi information display, rear AC vents, steering wheel mounted audio control, etc.

The list of standard safety features include dual front, side and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program with rollover stability and traction control system, hill launch assist, volumetric burglar alarm system, cruise control with adjustable speed limiter, Ford MyKey, emergency assistance, automatic headlamps with rain sensing wipers, rear view camera with active parking guideline, front and rear fog lamps, rear wash wiper with electric window defogger, diver and front passenger seat belt reminder with pretensioner, power door locks with remote keyless entry and tyre pressure monitoring system. The seven airbags, front parking sensors, electrochromic inner rear view mirror and hill decent control are reserved for the range-topping Titanium+ trim.
