Isuzu India has introduced a new Ruby Red exterior paint scheme to its D-Max V-Cross pickup lineup. The new Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Ruby Red is now available at Rs 13.16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In addition to the newly introduced colour, the pickup comes in five different shades – Titanium Silver, Orchid Brown, Cosmic Black, Splash White and Obsidian Grey.
No cosmetic and mechanical changes have been made to the vehicle. The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross features the same 2,499cc four-cylinder VGS turbocharged diesel engine linked to a 5-speed manual transmission. This motor delivers a claimed power of 134bhp at 3,600rpm and a maximum torque of 320Nm between 1,800rpm and 2,800rpm. Read: Isuzu MU-X – All You Need To Know
The pickup comes with the four-wheel drive (4WD) system. Features such as high ride suspension, all-new Isuzu gravity response intelligent platform (iGRIP), shift-on-the-fly 4WD with high torque mode and engine with flat torque curve add more to its off-road capabilities.
Carrying an aerodynamic design, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross features projector headlamps with Fresnel blister, chrome highlights, muscular fenders and roof rails. The company is also offering a pack of accessories on the pickup including D-Box with bed liner, chrome set, entertainment system, side bar, sports bar with bed liner, illuminated rocker plate, door visor and carpet mat. Inside, the pickup has twin cockpit interior design with dual tone and silver accents. The list of features includes a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a multi-information display, auto AC with integrated controls and pollen filter, wrap-around 6-way adjustable driver seat, integrated keyless entry and steering mounted audio controls.
Safety duties are taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, ISOFIX anchorages for child seat, engine immobiliser, pedestrian friendly front fascia, rear defogger and front fog lamps.
