2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 Revealed; Gets A More Powerful Engine

The 2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift receives subtle cosmetic and feature upgrades, while its engine mechanism remains unchanged.
Styling of the 2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift has been improved with a larger chain mesh radiator grille with horizontal slates, slightly lower positioned headlamps along with integrated LED DRLs, silver skid plates at both the ends and LED taillamps. Interior layout is exactly similar to the previous model. Though, the 2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift gets a dual-tone grey-white interior theme and a new roller blind on the second row of windows.
In terms of safety, the facelifted version offers automatic emergency braking system and a blind spot monitoring system. The overall length, width and height of the 2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift stand at 4,850mm, 1,960mm and 1,825mm respectively. The SUV has a wheelbase of 2,865 mm. Talking about the engine, the 2020 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift makes use of a 2.2L e-XDi220 LET diesel motor pushing out a peak power of 187PS. This oil burner is around 3% more powerful than the previous one. Its torque output stands at 421.69Nm. The SUV comes with a 7-speed DCT gearbox and an optional 4WD system.
