The Nissan Kicks facelift has received changes in-line with brand’s latest design language, which we have already seen in global Nissan cars. In terms of styling, the SUV gets more prominent and larger V-motion grille with piano black surrounds and sharper LED headlamps. The Nissan Kicks e-Power also gets new fog lamp housing and dual-tone bumper.

At the back, the Nissan Kicks e-Power gets new bumper and new tail-lamps with distinctive LED signature. The SUV rides on newly designed 5-spoke alloy wheels. It gets chrome door handles, while black plastic around the wheel arches and door sills has also been updated.

The interior of the Kicks e-Power is largely identical to the pre-facelift model. However, it gets some changes in the form of updated gear-lever area and updated start-top button. It also gets an updated infotainment system, an electronic parking brake and new colour-coded leather upholstery for dashboard, door pads and seats. The instrument console, steering wheel and dashboard layout remains the same.

The Nissan Kicks e-Power comes equipped with the brand’s popular e-Power series-hybrid powertrain. It features an electric motor that transfers the power to the wheels. The power comes from a 1.57 kWh Lithium-ion battery pack. This battery pack is constantly charged by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine. The combined power and torque output stands at 127bhp and 260Nm respectively. It is claimed to return an average fuel consumption of 23.4kmpl in Thailand.

However, the biggest changes will be made under the bonnet. It will be powered by a new 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of producing 156bhp of power and 254Nm of torque. Power will be transmitted to the front wheels via a CVT automatic transmission.
