2020 Maruti Ignis Pictures Leaked – Changes Explained

You can notice the Maruti S-Presso inspired toothed grille instead of the existing horizontal chrome slate unit. The front bumper and fog lamp assembly will also be revised.

The rear section looks quite refreshing with new skid plates and updated bumper with integrated reflectors.

Under the hood, the 2020 Maruti Ignis facelift will house the BS6-compliant version of the existing 1.2L, 4-cylinder petrol engine that’s good enough for 83PS and 113Nm. The hatchback lineup can be had either with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
While the carmaker hasn’t yet revealed its launch date and details, the new Maruti Ignis facelift might be showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. The biennial event is slated to begin from 7th February in Greater Noida.
