2018 Toyota Innova Crysta & Touring Sport Get New Features
The 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta GX trim gets lots of additional features including a touchscreen infotainment system.
The Indian arm of Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (KTM) has updated its three popular models – Fortuner, Innova Crysta and Innova Crysta Touring Sport – with a range of new features. The 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta and Innova Touring Sport get LED fog lamps at the front, rear fog lamps, an anti-theft alarm with glass brake and ultrasonic sensor and Emergency brake signal as standard fitments. The models also feature driver’s seat with height adjustment, engine immobilizer with a siren, impact sensing door unlock, speed sensitive door lock and rear parking sensor.
The GX trim of the updated Innova Crysta, which was recently spotted at a dealership, is also equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system supporting Bluetooth, USB, Aux-in and DVD player. The model also gets electrically foldable ORVMs, three-spoke steering wheel with mounted audio controls, puddle lamps and a mirror for the sun visor. No design changes have been made to the 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta. The updated models look exactly similar to the old one. The engine setup, too, remains unchanged. The MPV carline comes in the same three engine options – a 150PS, 2.4L, three-cylinder 2GD-FTV turbocharged diesel, a 174PS, 2.8L, four-cylinder 1GD-FTV and a 166PS, 2.7L, four-cylinder 2TR-FE petrol. Currently, the 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta petrol models are available in the price range of Rs 14.65 lakh – Rs 20.70 lakh. Prices of the diesel variants start from Rs 15.77 lakh and go up to Rs 22.01 lakh. The Innova Crysta Touring Sport 2.7L VX MT and 2.7L ZX AT petrol variants are priced at Rs 18.59 lakh and Rs 21.38 lakh respectively. While the Innova Crysta Touring Sport 2.4 VX MT diesel costs Rs 20.56 lakh, the 2.8 ZX AT diesel is offered at Rs 23.06 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
