Volkswagen Polo, Vento & Ameo Connect Editions Launched

The Connect Editions are made available at the price of the regular models.

With the beginning of the festive season, the carmakers have started rolling out new models in the market. The latest to join the bandwagon is Volkswagen that has introduced the new Connect edition of the Polo hatchback and Ameo and Vento sedans. Besides this, the Volkswagen Polo, Ameo and Vento Connect Editions receive minor design changes and a few new features along with a new Lapiz Blue colour scheme. Interestingly, the special editions are made available at the price of the regular models.  The Volkswagen Polo hatchback comes in the price range of Rs 5.55 lakh – Rs 9.39 lakh. While the prices of the Ameo sedan start from Rs 5.65 lakh and go up to Rs 9.99 lakh, the Vento is made available at Rs 8.38 lakh to Rs 14.02 lakh. New Volkswagen Vento Connect Edition Features

The Volkswagen Connect assistance system is an in-car connectivity system that works via a dongle and provides user an access to his/her smartphone data. With the help of Connect app, one can monitor fuel expenses, share location, track car’s every trip, observe driver behavior, schedule service appointments and connect to the Volkswagen helpline in an emergency.  Read – Volkswagen T-Cross SUV To Debut Soon

On the exterior, the Volkswagen Polo, Ameo and Vento Connect Editions feature a chrome-finished Connect badge on the fender, a black carbon finish on the wing mirrors, 16-inch grey Portago alloy wheels and a glossy finished roof and side foils.

Interior of all three special editions looks premium with sport leatherette seat covers and moon stone coloured Radio surround trim. Features such as aluminium pedals, rear USB charging port and glovebox light are also on offer.  Read – Volkswagen Virtus Vs Volkswagen Vento

Volkswagen also offers dual front side airbags as standard safety fitment on the Vento’s Highline Plus trim. That means, the new Volkswagen Vento sedan now comes with four airbags protection. The Vento lineup also receives new ‘Portago Grey’ 16-inch alloy wheels (only on Highline Plus trim) and a body-coloured rear spoiler. The Vento Highline trim gets new diamond cut 15-inch AllStar alloy wheels.
