Czech car manufacturer Skoda is working on the refreshed Octavia sedan. The updated sedan has been spotted testing in the Chinese market. If media reports are to be believed, the refreshed model will go on sale next year. The refresh set of images suggest that the sedan sports a significant changes all around.

The majority of the changes are given to the exteriors of the sedan. This partially camouflaged sedan gets restyled grille flanked by newly designed headlight clusters. Moreover, this sedan is also likely to feature LED-infused light clusters which we already seen on the new generation Fabia unveiled recently. The rear profile of the sedan also gets subtle changes and there is handsome amount of camouflage seen on the spyshots. It is likely to get newly styled taillight clusters and bumper.
The interiors of the sedan are also expected to get subtle changes in the form of upholstery, equipment levels, chrome lining and others. It is likely to be launched in the country in 2016-17. Under the hood, the vehicle is expected to remain unchanged and it will continue to be powered by the same 1.4L and 1.8L TSI petrol engines and a 2.0-litre TDI diesel engines.
Skoda is also planning to introduce the performance oriented Octavia vRS for the Indian market. This model is equipped with a host of features and vRS badge to differentiate from standard model. There is a redesigned bumper and sportier grille complemented by xenon headlights and LED fog lamps.
