Revolt RV 400 Bags Over 2500 Bookings In 15 Days
Revolt RV 400 is India’s first AI enabled motorcycle.
Official bookings for Revolt RV 400 electric motorcycle were commenced on 25th June, 2019. Within 15 days, the bike has received over 2,500 bookings via Amazon and its official website. The launch is likely to happen by the end of this month. Touted as India’s first AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled motorcycle, the Revolt RV 400 is estimated to be priced around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Revolt RV 400 offers three riding modes – Eco, City and Sport. In Eco mode, it is claimed to deliver an electric range of 156km (ARAI-certified) on a single charge. It’s able to attain a top speed of 85kmph. The RV 400 is the first electric bike in India to offer synthesised sounds that can be changed from the Revolt app.

The new electric bike from Revolt comes with several connectivity features including embedded 4G LTE SIM, OTA (over-the-air) updates, geo-fencing, remote diagnostics and cloud connectivity. Other interesting features include anti-theft, online payment gateway for battery swap, swap order history, and doorstep battery delivery.
The Revolt RV 400 will be made available with four charging options – mobile swap station, portable charging, delivery on demand and on-board charging. The electric bike has retro-styling and comes in a choice of two colours – Rebel Red and Cosmic Black.
