Renualt Triber AMT Price

Renault Triber, the subcompact 7-seater MPV from the French carmaker, has proved to be a volume generator for the company in India. In order to further boost its sales, the carmaker has unveiled the AMT variant of the vehicle at the Auto Expo 2020. The new Renault Triber AMT will go on sale in the second half of this year.

Powering the Renault Triber AMT is the same BS6-compliant 1.0L, 3-cylinder petrol engine pushing out a peak power of 61bhp and 96Nm of torque. The new variant gets a 5-speed AMT (automated manual transmission) gearbox.

Save for the Easy R badge on the boot, the Renault Triber AMT looks exactly similar to the manual model. Styling bits such as matte black claddings all around the body along with the skid plates enhance its SUV-ish look.

Features such as LED DRLs, 14-inch alloys, rear defogger and wiper, keyless entry, push button start/stop, 12V charging socket for third row, 2 front tweeters, rear camera and four airbags are reserved for the top-end variant.

The carmaker recently updated Renault Triber to comply with the BS6 standards. At present, the compact MPV comes in the price range of Rs 4.99 lakh – Rs 6.78 lakh (all, ex-showroom Delhi). While the entry-level RxE trim gets expensive by Rs 4,000, the fully loaded RxL variant has witnessed a price hike of Rs 25,000.
