1. New Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara

Reports in media suggest that Maruti Suzuki India is planning to bring a bigger version of the Grand Maruti Suzuki Vitara. Considering that Suzuki sells Vitara in overseas markets, it is expected to bring the same model for the Indian market. To curb pricing, Maruti Suzuki will emphasise on higher level of localisation. In terms of power, the seven-seater SUV could use Fiat sourced 1.6-litre multijet diesel engine and Suzuki’s global 1.6-litre petrol or the turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol unit.
