New-Gen Hyundai Tucson Spied Revealing Striking Design

New Hyundai Vision T Concept

The next-gen Hyundai Tucson is expected to be unveiled in August 2020. The SUV has been spotted multiple times on foreign soil and the latest spy images from Europe reveals some interesting details. The new set of spy images reveal the funky design of the production-ready lights.

The next-generation Hyundai Tucson comes with all-new headlamp set-up, which follows the brand’s new design language. The most interesting part is the DRLs (Daytime running lights), which split up with pieces of black camouflage tape. The LED design is developed with a series of vertical bars. The main headlamp is positioned lower on the bumper. We have already seen such design in new breed of Hyundai cars including the Kona, the new Creta and the Santa Fe.

Hyundai officials have already said that the next-gen Hyundai Tucson will have striking design, which is visible in the new spy images. It gets wide prominent grille in cascading shape. At the back, the SUV gets sharp LED tail-lights. The tail-lamps will be connected by a red-strip, which form a single entity. The company has also opted for the separate turn indicator design, which is placed near the bottom of the car.

There are strong creases and lines all over the body, which will give it a funkier look. The SUV will have angular design similar to that of the next-gen Elantra. The spy images also confirm that the new model will grow in size, which should help the brand to create more space inside the cabin.

It is expected to feature over 340bhp of engine and is rumoured to achieve 0-100kmph in less than six seconds. The regular model is most likely to be offered with new 2.0L petrol and diesel engine options.
