Honda, the Japanese two-wheeler maker has finally launched the production version of the Honda 150SS in the Thailand market. Named Honda CB150R ExMotion, the new motorcycle has been priced at THB 99,800 (approx INR 1.99 lakh). This motorcycle has been designed on Honda’s latest ‘ExMotion…Life in Exciting Motion’ design concept. It is based on the 150SS Raceer concept, which was showcased at the 2017 Bangkok Motor Show.
We believe that this global product would suit our market conditions. This motorcycle is powered by a 149cc DOHC 4-valve engine with fuel injection and liquid-cooling. Paired to a six-speed transmission, this powetrain is compliant with Euro 6 emission standards. Honda CB150R exmotion Design
This new motorcycle seems largely identical to the 150SS Racer concept, but there are subtle changes to make it a road legal. Compared to the concept equipped with round rotors, the CB150R exmotion gets less broad swingarm and petal discs. It continuous to feature split seats, but the pillion seat looks different and more comfortable. The rear too gets significant changes in the form of new tail-lamps. It is based on an Inner Pivot type diamond type frame. The bike features a 41mm upside down front fork and monoshock unit at the rear.
This bike is equipped with a 296mm front disc with radial mount 4 pot callipers, assisted with ABS and G sensors that have been sourced from the Honda CBR1000RR. The rear features a 220mm disc with ABS system as well. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 110 section front and 150 section rear tyres. This motorcycle also gets full-LED headlight, turn indicators and LED taillight. It features a multifunctional digital LCD instrument console.

This naked streetfighter is 822mm long, 1,973mm wide and 1,053mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 1,296mm. The bike comes with a seat height of 795mm, while the ground clearance stands at 139mm. It weighs just 123kgs, which makes it faster and more fuel efficient.
Colors – the standard non-ABS model is available in four paint jobs – Pearl Cadet Gray, Mat Laurel Green, Millennium Red and Asteroid Black Metallic. On the other side, the ABS version is offered in two colors – Gray-black and Black.
