2021 Hyundai Tucson New Renderings Reveal Striking Design

New Hyundai Tucson Rendering

We reported earlier that Hyundai will introduce the new generation Tucson SUV for the global markets in mid-2020. The SUV has been spotted testing multiple times on foreign soil. A new rendering based on the spy images reveal the styling direction of the fourth-gen Hyundai Tucson. The design also takes some design cues from the Vision T concept, which was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The spy images and the new rendering suggest that the upcoming new-gen Hyundai Tucson will receive radical design changes. Featuring brand’s new design language, the upcoming Tucson will have the striking front design. It gets the signature cascading front grille with split headlamp setup. The sleeker LED daytime running lights are placed on top, while the main projector headlamps are positioned lower to the bumper.

It is reported that the next-gen Hyundai Tucson will be bigger in dimensions to offer more space inside the cabin. The Korean automaker is also planning to develop the long-wheelbase version of the Tucson, which is expected to be launched in India. The long-wheelbase model will offer 7-seat options. It will rival the likes of the Honda CR-V and the upcoming Jeep D-Low SUV.

The fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson was scheduled to be unveiled at the 2020 Paris Motor Show; however, the event has been cancelled due to Coronavirus pandemic. Besides standard model, Hyundai is also developing the N performance variant of the new Tucson. The next-gen Hyundai Tucson N model is expected to arrive in 2021. Likely to feature over 340bhp of engine, the Tucson N is rumoured to achieve 0-100kmph in less than six seconds.
