2020 Yamaha FZ 25 BS6 has been listed on the company’s official website ahead of its launch. The updated model will receive noticeable changes along with a few features and BS6-compliant engine.  This time around, the bike lineup gets a new, more premium FZS 25 variant featuring a long visor and a set of knuckle guards.

While the updated FZ 25 will come in Racing Blue and Metallic Black shades, the FZS 25 will be available in three colour schemes – Dark Matte Blue with gold-coloured alloy wheels, Patina Green with gold-coloured alloy wheels and White Vermillion with black alloy wheels.

Visually, the updated model appears slightly more refreshing than the old one. It carries new LED headlamps with a projector beam setup and LED DRL and LED taillamps. The turn indicators have the same bulb setup. It also features a fully digital instrument cluster with negative display and side stand engine cut off.

2020 Yamaha FZ25 BS6 Launch

Suspension setup of the 2020 Yamaha FZ 25 BS6 includes the same telescopic front forks and monoshock at the rear. The bike sources its braking power from dual disc brakes further assisted by dual channel ABS (anti-lock braking system). There will multiple option accessories on offer including tank pad (Rs 200), engine guard (Rs 990), motorcycle cover (Rs 835), seat cover (Rs 425) and USB charger (Rs 750 – additional Rs 60 for sub wire lead to connect the charger). Prices of the BS6 Yamaha FZ 25 and FZS 25 will be announced post lockdown. The new models are likely to be priced around Rs 5,000- Rs 7,000 more premium over the old version that costs Rs 1.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
