The updated Verna has been priced from Rs 9.31 lakh to Rs 15.10 lakh. There are five petrol and diesel variants (3 manual and 2 automatic) along with a turbo petrol model with DCT gearbox. Prices of the new Verna petrol range from Rs 9.31 lakh to Rs 13.85 lakh and the turbo petrol variant costs Rs 13.99 lakh. Prices of the Honda City petrol start from Rs 9.91 lakh and go up to Rs 14.31 lakh. The diesel variants, on the other hand, come in the price range of Rs 11.11 lakh – Rs 14.21 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom. Compared to the new Hyundai Verna, the Honda City is more expensive. Though, the former’s top-spec model is around Rs 89,000 pricier than the latter.

The Verna facelift has been equipped with 8 segment-first features including Hyundai’s BlueLink connectivity suite with 45 features, wireless charger, a digital instrument cluster with 4.2-inch MID, Arkamys audio system, ventilated front seats, rear USB charging point, emergency stop signal and hands free boot opening. The sedan also gets a larger 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The front parking sensors are reserved for the turbo-petrol variant. The Honda City has a 7-inch touchscreen audio-visual navigation system with Android connectivity. The sedan also offers an electric sunroof and rear view camera along with 1.5GB of internal memory, 2 USB slots and 2 micro SD slots. Features such as 6 airbags, boot spoiler, Auto LED headlamps, rain sensing wipers and taillamps with LED inserts are exclusively offered on the top-end ZX trim. Compared to the Honda City, the new Hyundai Verna is better equipped and has more features to offer.
