Suzuki, the Japanese automaker has recently revealed the new generation Suzuki Swift 2017, which will also come to India this year. The livery shows the company’s signature body paint from its MotoGP factory assault. Featuring blue and neon green shades of Team Suzuki Ecstar, the new Swift Racer RS gets Recaro racing bucket seats, a sporty body kit and 17-inch custom alloy wheels. The vehicle gets blackened out treatment for headlamps and taillamps. The cabin photos are yet to be released, but it is expected to get new sport bucket seats, touchscreen infotainment system, dual-tone shades and RS badging on seats and dashboard. The Suzuki Swift Racer RS is likely to be powered by a new 1.0-litre Boosterjet three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that will also power the regular Swift and the Baleno RS. This engine churns out a maximum power output of 110bhp and a peak torque of 175Nm. Transmission options are likely to include a 5-speed manual and a six-speed automatic.
