Land Rover, the British luxury SUV maker has launched the 2017 Range Rover Evoque in the Indian car market at Rs 49.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new model is also the first Land Rover SUV in India equipped with Ingenium Diesel engine. The new Evoque is equipped with adaptive full LED headlamps that enhances the overall visibility and safety at night. The adaptive function enables light beams to be automatically aligned with steering inputs and follow the curves in the road. The Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) also gets directional indicator. Powering the 2017 Range Rover Evoque is a new 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel engine that churns out 177bhp of power. Power is transmitted to all-4 wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission. The new Ingenium engine is 20kg lighter than equivalent previous generation engine.
