We have been constantly informing you about the much-awaited Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS sports bike. The vehicle has been revealed in Turkey, and is set to enter into the Indian market soon. According to BikesIndia.org, the Pulsar 200 SS bike has started arriving at dealerships.
The exact location of the dealerships is not confirmed, but the images of the bike spotted at dealership feature the Saree Guard which is mandatory for India. It is expected that the sports bike will hit the Indian shores in the first half of 2015. It is based on the Pulsar 200 NS, and shares its engine spec- the liquid cool 200cc engine. This fully faired sports bike gets 200cc engine that is capable of producing a top power output of 23.52PS and a peak torque of 18Nm. It will gain weight, and the company is expected to tweak this engine to maintain the performance and efficiency.
The Pulsar 200 SS shares its styling cues with the Pulsar 400 SS concept shown at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. It is equipped with features like clip-on handle bars, short side-slung exhaust, dual-projector headlamps and new fuel tank. The company might also add ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) variant alongside the standard model. It is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 1.2 to Rs. 1.5 lakh.
