Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Launching On 6th November, 2020

The much-awaited Royal Enfield Meteor 350 motorcycle will make its debut on 6th November, 2020. The Meteor will come as a replacement to the RE Thunderbird 350. As per the leaked information, the Meteor 350 will be made available in three variants – Fireball, Stellar and Supernova.

The entry-level Fireball trim will come in Yellow and Red paint schemes, while the Stellar will be offered in Metallic Gloss Blue, Metallic Gloss Red and Matte Black shades. The top-end Supernova will come in premium dual-tone Brown or Blue colour scheme.

On the feature front, the upcoming RE Meteor 350 will get Bluetooth-enabled GPS system called ‘Tripper navigation’. The Fireball trim will feature black components, black engine with machined fins, single colour tank, coloured rim tap and graphics with decal. The Supernova variant will be offered with some exclusive features such as premium seat finishes, machined alloy wheels, wind screen and chrome indicators. Some of its other key highlights will include a semi-digital twin-pod instrument console, USB charger, etc. The bike will ride on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels shod with 100/90 front and 140/70 rear section tyres.

RE Meteor 350 Fireball

The RE Meteor 350 will be based on a new J1D platform that will also underpin the future RE motorcycles. The company will offer a range of accessories with its new 350cc bike including a large windscreen, rear luggage support frames, an engine guard and more.

For power, the Royal Enfield Meteor will use a 350cc, air-cooled engine with SOHC (Single Over-Head Camshaft) setup. The motor will produce a top power of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. The bike will come with lighter clutch pull, smoother shifts and new transmission system. The leaked document suggests that the engine will be a long-stroke unit with thumping exhaust sound.
