Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Variants and Colours Leaked

Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is ready to hit roads sometime next month (September, 2020). Ahead of its official launch, the variant, colours and feature details of the bike have been leaked on the web. While the Fireball trim will be offered in Yellow and Red colour schemes, the Stellar variants will come in Metallic Gloss Red, Matte Black and Metallic Gloss Blue shades. The premium dual-tone Brown or Blue paint schemes are reserved for the top-end Supernova trim.

In terms of features, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 comes equipped with tripper navigation system (standard) along with Bluetooth connectivity. The entry-level Fireball trim features black components, single colour tank, black engine with machined fins, graphics with decal and coloured rim tape. The mid-level Stellar has body-coloured components along with premium badges, back rest and chrome on handle bar, exhaust system and EFI cover. Features such as machined alloy wheels, premium seat finishes, wind screen and chrome indicators are exclusively offered on the Supernova trim.

Engine details of the upcoming Royal Enfield 350 bike are still under wraps. Though, it’s likely to be packed with a new 350cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine with Over Head Cam (OHC) configuration. Compared to the existing 20bhp, 350cc engine, the new motor will offer better performance with reduced vibrations and smoother operations. Power will be delivered via a 5-speed manual gearbox. For performing braking duties, the RE Meteor will have disc brakes at both ends. The model lineup will get dual-channel ABS as standard feature. Its suspension system will include telescopic forks upfront and twin gas charged shock absorbers with 5-step adjustable preload unit at the rear end. It’s the same setup that does duty in its predecessor – the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X.
