It is reportedly to be offered with two battery packs – 48kWh and 59kWh – with an estimated range of around 400km and over 500km respectively on a single charge.

Maruti Suzuki will also present the YTB SUV Coupe and the new 5-door Jimny lifestyle SUV at the 2023 Auto Expo. The new SUV Coupe will be powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 100bhp and 150Nm of torque.

The Jimny 5-door is expected to be launched by mid-2023, before festive season. It will have a 300mm longer wheelbase compared to the regular 3-door Jimny Sierra. The new model will rival the likes of the Mahindra Thar and the Force Gurkha. The new lifestyle SUV will be powered by a 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine with manual and automatic gearbox options.
