Mahindra XUV300 Undergoes Pininifarina’s Wind Tunnel Test In Italy

Mahindra XUV300 will be the first big launch from the home-grown carmaker in 2019. The all-new compact SUV, which is scheduled to go on sale in mid February, recently tested at Pininfarina’s wind tunnel test facility at Turn, Italy. The carmaker has confirmed that its all-new compact SUV will come with both petrol and diesel powertrain options. The engine details, however, are still under the wraps. Rumours suggest that the Mahindra XUV300 will feature Marazzo’s 123hp, 1.5L diesel and a new 1.2L turbo-petrol motor, thus making it the most powerful vehicle in its segment. Mahindra XUV300 Pininfarina’s Wind Tunnel Test
Mahindra’s new compact SUV will also be packed with some segment-first features including smart steering function, dual zone climate control with rear AC vents, an electric sunroof, cruise control and seven airbags. You will also notice light cream shade finishing on the lower section of the dashboard, front centre armrest and faux leather seats. The Black and Silver steering wheel has mounted cruise and infotainment controls. There are multiple storage compartments to keep your nick-knacks. Other key features include an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, dual USB ports and a charging port, an auto-dimming inside rear view mirror, adjustable headrests and a centre armrest for rear seat occupants, automatic headlamps and wipers and Electronic Stability Control (ESC).
