Jawa Perak Bobber Bookings Open at Rs 10,000
Jawa Motorcycles had revealed the prices of the Perak Factory Custom motorcycle in November 2019. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 1,94,500 (ex-showroom). The company has now officially opened bookings for the new Perak online. Interested buyers can pre-book the new Jawa Perak factory custom Bobber by paying an initial amount of Rs 10,000. Targeting motorcycle enthusiasts looking for an economic Bobber, the new Perak is the most expensive Jawa in India.
The Jawa Perak factory custom Bobber is powered by a 343cc, single-cylinder DOHC engine that is capable of producing 30bhp of power and 31Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox.
It is based on the double craddle chassis that also underpins the new Jawa Classic and the Jawa Forty Two. It rides on 18-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel wrapped with 100/90 and 140/70 section tyres at the front and rear respectively. It comes with a wheelbase of 1,485mm and has a seat height of 750mm. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 179kg, and has a fuel tank of 14-litres.
For braking, the motorcycle gets dual disc brakes with 280mm disc at the front and 240mm disc at the rear. Adding to it, dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) is available as standard. Suspension mechanism comprises of conventional telescopic front forks and monoshock at the rear.
The factory custom Jawa Perak Bobber features a single-seat setup and retro modern styling. Design highlights include tear-drop tank, low-slung chassis, round-shaped headlamps, bar-end mirrors, flared mudguards, matte finish for the exhaust and engine casing and spoked wheels.
