The all new Maserati Quattroporte GTS, world’s fastest luxury sedan has been arrived in India. Pictures of the car reveal the design highlights as well as the swanky cabin. The company had recently launched the 2018 Maserati Quattroporte GTS and the lucky owner is a business tycoon from New Delhi.
This Italian beauty was launched in India at Rs 2.7 crore (ex-showroom). The luxury saloon is available in two trims – GranLusso and GranSport. Official bookings for the 2018 Maserati Quattroporte GTS have been commenced across the nation. It will directly rival the Porsche Panamera and Aston Martin Rapide. The GTS model is equipped with several high-end features like leather seat upholstery, 8.4-inch Maserati Touch Control Plus (MTC+), new infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay with phone mirroring option, etc. For passengers’ safety and security, this luxury sedan gets six airbags, Lane Keeping Assist, Traffic sign recognition, active headrests, active blind spot assist, etc.
The flagship Quattroporte GTS is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that churns out a maximum power output of 522bhp between 6500-6800rpm and a peak torque of 710Nm between 2250rpm and 3500rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via an 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox. This Italian luxury sedan can achieve 100kmph in just 4.7 seconds before hitting a top speed of 310kmph.
