Hyundai Creta Diamond Concept Breaks Cover in Brazil
The Hyundai Creta Diamond Edition is based on the range-topping Prestige (Brazil-spec) variant.
The South Korean carmaker has finally taken the wraps off the Hyundai Creta Diamond concept at the 2018 Dao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. Hyundai says that the Creta Diamond Edition “is an exercise to showcase design possibilities and equipment that we can consider in the future for the Creta line”. Designed by Hyundai Brazil team, the Hyundai Creta Diamond concept is based on the range-topping Prestige (Brazil-spec) variant retailed in the South American market. Painted in ‘Deep Dive Blue’ shade, the new edition has 200 revised components including multiple aesthetic changes, premium finishes, latest technologies and accessories inside the cabin.

Inside, the Hyundai Creta Diamond concept features a dual-tone dashboard with White paint on the gear knob and steering wheel. It also gets special microfiber seats finished in caramel and ivory shades along with unique interior trims and special badging.
The Hyundai Creta Diamond concept also offers a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which is compatible to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also supports navigation system. For entertainment purpose, there is a JBL audio system with six speakers, three amplifiers and a 750Watt sub-woofer. The SUV offers dual 10-inch screens for the second row occupants. Power for the Hyundai Creta Diamond concept comes from a 2.0L petrol engine paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The power output of the motor stands at 156bhp. In Brazil, the Creta takes on the cars like Nissan Juke, Honda HR-V and Renault Duster.
