Honda Activa 6G estimated price, launch timeline and other details
The Honda Activa 6G scooter will receive a BSVI compliant engine.
The Honda Activa 5G is currently the best-selling scooter in the country. In fact, the scooter regains the top selling two-wheeler spot by beating the Hero Splendor in March 2019. Honda is regularly updating the Activa scooter to keep things fresh in the market. The current model was introduced at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. Interestingly, the Japanese automaker has already started working on new Honda Activa 6G. In fact, the scooter was caught testing in production avatar in India.
The new Honda Activa 6G is expected to arrive in the mid-2019, before Diwali festival season. The new model will come with significant changes to its styling. Adding to it, the scooter will also get feature upgrades. The Activa 6G will be powered by the existing 109cc engine, but it will be upgraded to meet the upcoming BSVI emission norms.
Honda Activa 6G Launch Date

Honda Activa 6G Price
With BS6 engine and new premium features, the new Activa 6G will receive a slight bump in price. We believe that the new model could cost somewhere between Rs 56,000 and Rs 58,000.
Honda Activa 6G Specifications
The Activa 6G will be powered by the existing 109cc single-cylinder engine, but this engine will be upgraded to meet the BSVI emission norms. Paired to an automatic gearbox, this engine produces 8bhp of power at 7,500rpm and 9Nm of torque at 5,500rpm.
Honda Activa 6G Mileage

Honda Activa 6G Design
The new model will retain the existing profile, but it will have lots of changes. The scooter will get redesigned front panel and new fender. Spy images reveal that the design of headlamp will remain the same, but it will have LED lights. The scooter will get the same analogue-digital instrument console with new blue graphics and a silver finish around it. While the speedometer will be analogue, the other details will be displayed on the digital screen.
Instead of the regular bulbs, the Honda Activa 6G is likely to get LED tail-lights. The storage space could have been bettered with LED light and a mobile charging port. The new Activa 6G will be benefitted with telescopic front forks, which should improve its handling. The vehicle also gets disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear.
