Ford Endeavour Loses 4 Important Features – Here’re Details

As per a leaked document, Ford India has removed some features across the Endeavour model lineup. All variants of the 7-seater SUV now miss out on active noise cancellation feature. The 4X2 Titanium variant loses out on the front door steel scuff plate and 10 speaker audio system for an 8 speaker unit. The Titanium+ and Sport variants now lack auxiliary heater, which is provided for the rear seat passengers. The leaked scan states that the features have been removed from models with their VIN after MAJAXXMRWALT0001.

The Ford Endeavour is currently available in four variants – Titanium 4X2 AT, Titanium Plus 4X2 AT, Titanium Plus 4X4 AT and Sport Edition. Prices of the SUV start from Rs 29.99 lakh and go up to Rs 35.10 lakh (all, ex-showroom).  The SUV comes powered by a BS6-compliant 2.0L EcoBlue turbocharged diesel engine that’s good enough for 170bhp and 420Nm of torque. Transmission duties are performed by a 10-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV delivers a claimed fuel economy of 13.9kmpl with 4X4 and 12.4kmpl with 4X4 drivertrain system.
