Launched early this year, the BS6 Ford Endeavour was priced from Rs 29.55 lakh – Rs 33.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). These were introductory prices valid up to 10th April, 2020. Though, the carmaker extended it until 31st July due to ongoing pandemic. Now, the carmaker has increased the SUV prices by up to Rs 1.20 lakh.
After the price hike, the updated Endeavour is available in the price range of Rs 29.99 lakh (for the entry-level Titanium 4X2 variant) – Rs 34.45 lakh (for the top-end Titanium+ 4X4 variant). Prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

No other changes have been made to the vehicle. The BS6 Ford Endeavour uses the new 2.0L EcoBlue turbo-diesel engine pushing out a peak power of 170bhp and 420Nm of torque. Transmission duties are carried over by a 10-speed automatic gearbox. Mileage figures of the new turbo-diesel engine are higher than the old 2.2L and 3.2L units. Minor cosmetic changes have been made to the BS6 Ford Endeavour including redesigned headlamps and faux vent on the fender with ‘Endeavour’ lettering only. Save for the new gear lever, the interior layout and features also remain unchanged. The updated model gets FordPass connected car app offering 55 new features including switch the AC on, remotely start the car, locate the vehicle and more.
For connectivity purpose, there is an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SYNC 3 and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Features such as 7 airbags, semi-automatic parallel park assist, front and rear parking sensors and 8-way power adjustable front seats are reserved for the top-end trim.
In other news, Ford India is ready to reintroduce the petrol automatic Figo variant by the end of this month. The hatchback will receive a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox with 1.2L petrol engine. Reports suggest that the new petrol AT variant might also get paddle shifters.
