The auto companies in India have suffered massive losses due to Coronavirus pandemic. With relaxations and new measures, the production, distribution and sale of cars and bikes are now opened. The companies are announcing new schemes starting from cash discounts, EMI support plans, easy loans and many more to attract customers.

India’s second largest carmaker, Hyundai is also giving huge discounts and attractive offers on several of its cars. The company is giving benefits up to Rs 1 lakh on the Elantra mid-sized sedan. The discount includes cash benefit of Rs 40,000, exchange benefits worth Rs 40,000 and corporate discount of Rs 20,000. It is available with a single 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 152bhp of power and 192Nm of torque. The company will soon introduce the diesel Elantra, which will receive the new 1.5L unit.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Tubro Petrol

The company is giving benefits up to 45,000 on the BSVI compliant Grand i10. The benefits include 25,000 cash discount, 15,000 exchange benefits and 5,000 corporate discount. It is powered by a 1.2L petrol engine producing 83bhp and 114Nm. Power is transmitted to the front wheels via a 5-speed manual gearbox. The company’s entry-level hatchback Santro is available with discounts worth Rs 40,000, which includes 25K cash discount, 15K exchange benefits and 5,000 corporate benefits.

The Korean automaker is also giving benefits worth Rs 25,000 on the new Grand i10 Nios. The benefits include 10,000 cash discount, 10,000 exchange bonus and 5,000 corporate benefits. The company is also giving benefits of up Rs 35,000 on the BSVI i20 petrol. It comes with 15,000 cash discounts, 15,000 exchange bonus and 5,000 corporate discounts.
