BMW India has been revising its India lineup with the addition of new variants across its different carline. The German carmaker recently introduced the 330i Sport Line and M Sport editions to its 3-Series, priced at Rs 42.4 lakh and Rs 44.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. In this line, the company has rolled out the M-performance version of the 7-Series – BMW M760Li.
Priced at Rs 2.27 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi), the 2017 BMW M760Li comes with two variants – Standard and V12 Excellence. While the M760i Standard offers a sportier driving experience, the M760i V12 Excellence is luxury-centric.
At the heart of the 2017 BMW M760Li is a 6.6-litre, V12 TwinPower turbo petrol engine matched to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic gearbox. This powertrain makes a maximum power output of 601bhp and 800Nm of torque. With this power figure, the M760Li becomes the most powerful 7-Series car in the country.
BMW claims that this high-performance version can mark 0-100kmph in 3.7 seconds. Delivering power to all four wheels is the xDrive all-wheel drive system. The new M760Li returns a claimed mileage of 7.94 kmpl. Picture Gallery – BMW i8 Facelift Exterior & Interior Details
The new 7-Series performance variant receives a few cosmetic updates that make it look different than the regular models. The front grille and air blades with grey-coloured treatment enhance its sporty appearance. Sitting on 20-inch double-spoke M alloy wheels, the BMW M760Li features larger air dams, illuminated door sill plates and M Sport exhaust system with dual tailpipes. There are V12 badges inside and out.
