As the festive season progresses, automakers are offering attractive discounts and benefits on their existing models. Talking about Mahindra’s top-selling Bolero, the SUV is currently running on discounts of up to Rs 19,500 including a cash discount of Rs 6,500 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 along with a corporate discount of Rs 3,000. Buyers can also get accessories worth Rs 8,500. The Mahindra Bolero houses a 75bhp, 1.5L diesel engine under the hood, paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
With an aim to clear stock of the previous generation Mahindra Scorpio, the automaker is offering a massive discount of up to Rs 1.75 lakh on the SUV. Additionally, there is free accessories worth Rs 20,000. One must note that no discount is available on the new Mahindra Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic. The old-generation Scorpio comes with a 2.2L diesel engine and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The old-generation Scorpio was recently replaced with the Mahindra Scorpio Classic that comes in S and S11 variants priced at Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 15.49 lakh respectively. Both variants are powered by an updated 2.2L turbo, Gen 2 mHawk diesel engine making power worth 132bhp and 300Nm of torque. Power is delivered to rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox. Compared to the old 2.2L engine, the updated oil burner is 55kg lighter and it’s claimed to deliver 14 percent better fuel efficiency.
The automaker will soon roll out the Mahindra Bolero SUV with the brand’s new Twin Peaks logo. The updated model has already started arriving at dealerships. Currently, the Mahindra Bolero and old Scorpio SUVs command a waiting period of over 2 months, depending on variant.
The company will soon introduce the Mahindra XUV300 facelift with minor updates. Ahead arrival of the new model, Mahindra is offering discounts of up to Rs 58,500 on the existing version of the compact SUV. It includes an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000, corporate benefits of Rs 4,000 along with the free accessories worth Rs 10,000 (on select trims).
