Mahindra has recently launched the updated version of the old-gen Scorpio and renamed it ‘Scorpio Classic.’ It is sold alongside the new-gen Scorpio N as a more reasonable option. There’s no doubt that the Scorpio N offers better value, but currently, there’s a considerable waiting period on the new-gen SUV.

Verdict: The entry-level S trim is pretty basic. So, if you are just interested in the Scorpio brand and features are not that important to you, this can be a good option for you.

Infotainment | 9-inch Android-based infotainment with screen mirroring support & Bluetooth connectivity, speaker & tweeters. |
Safety | Anti-theft warning and speed-sensing auto door lock. |
Verdict: For the premium of Rs 3.5 lakh over the S variant, the Scorpio Classic S11 benefits from essential equipment like cruise control, height adjustment driver’s seat, cornering lamps, etc. However, it would have been better if the carmaker had equipped it with Apple Carplay and Android Auto instead of the mirror support.
